| What is a Mini? It is a mobile steel constructed storage unit. The storage unit is on casters and is delivered to your location. |

| How can I tell what size
Mini to order? It depends on the amount of items you have to store or move? Most customers find our calculator to be helpful. The calculator can be found on our website. |

| How far in advance should I order my Mini? Ideally, the further out you can reserve your mini the better however we are locally owned and operated and most often we can accommodate customers on short notice. |

| If I live in
a rural area located a distance from a Go Mini’s
dealership can one still be delivered to me? Yes, in most cases we will be able to serve you. You may be charged an additional mileage fee for distances beyond 25 miles from the nearest Go Mini dealership. |

| Do I have to be there when the Mini is delivered? No, it is not required. We will make all the arrangements with you over the phone and place the Mini in a predetermined location. Prior to delivery we would require a signed rental agreement however we can fax all required paperwork to you in advance of the delivery. |

| Are my valuables secure from weather if the Mini is stored outside? The Mini is designed for exterior use in extreme climates both hot and cold. |

| How can I find out if keeping a Mini at my home or office is allowed? Some home owners associations and ordinances restrict the amount of time you can keep a Mini at your location. Contact your local code enforcement agency or your home owners association for up to date information regarding your location. In most cases you are given allowances to accomplish your move as with other moving options. |

| Is Off Site Storage Available? Yes, if you do not wish to keep your Mini at your location we can store it for you. At this time we do not have inside storage however we can provide a safe and secure location for outside storage. |

| Will my valuables shift during loading, unloading and/or transport
of my Mini? Items may shift if not properly secured. There are rails along the walls of the Mini to secure your load with straps. We provide straps at an additional charge. |

| If I need to get something out of my Mini while in Central Storage,
can I get to it? Yes, we ask for a 24 hour notice is possible and we will meet you on site so you may access your Mini. |

| If I need packing boxes or other moving supplies are they offered? Yes, we sell several types of moving supplies. Order your supplies over the phone when you call to reserve your Mini and we will deliver them to you. |

| Do you have movers available to assist with packing my belongings
if I am not able to? Yes, we work with many moving services that you can contract with to assist you. |
