RE: Despite Uncertain Times, New Business Sees Opportunity
Lakeland, Florida, November 11, 2008 – While many businesses
are
experiencing cutbacks
or little growth due to economic pressures, Go Mini’s Lakeland opened last month to
service the Central Florida area.
"These are uncertain times in our economy,” said Brian Bernard, owner
of Go Mini’s Lakeland. “But, people still need an affordable and
dependable way to store and move their belongings and we are there to provide
that service.”
Go Mini’s is not new to Brian, whose family began manufacturing the unique
storage units 5 years ago in Jacksonville. Brian is confident that their service
has a strong market even in a slow economy.
The company acquired its first local client almost immediately. "I would
definitely suggest this service to anyone needing extra storage space,” said
Ken Emmitt, Go Mini’s Lakeland ’s first local client. “The
prompt service, cleanliness of the units, pricing, and the control of the unit
makes it the best service in the area."
According to Bernard, Go Mini’s units are less expensive and more convenient
than other storage and moving options. For businesses and individuals who are
downsizing or moving, he says the service offers flexibility.
“We deliver the unit to your door, you load it at your leisure, and then
we pick it up or move it to your new location,” said Bernard. “It’s
just that easy!”
On October 14, the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce welcomed Go Mini’s Lakeland
to the area. Mayor Buddy Fletcher cut the ribbon during a ceremony in Lakeland,
attended by several local business owners and chamber members.
“We’re proud to have Go Mini’s as part of our membership base,” said
Amy Wiggins of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce. “Our goal is to assist
new companies and Go Mini’s has taken advantage of opportunities to bring
its unique services to our area.”
